Terms of Use for the Internal Application Crewfilm

1. Operator

The application is operated by Crewfilm s.r.o., IČO: 23436484, registered office Bakovská 885/3, 19700 Praha 9 Kbely
(the “Operator”). Contact: info@crewfilm.app.

2. Purpose and Scope

The application supports internal production activities: onboarding and contract management (startform, longform, NDAs, safety),
crewlist, daily callsheets and schedules, attendance and timesheets, production reports, catering records,
surveys and notifications, transport coordination, and basic accounting support.

3. Access and Roles

Access is granted only to authorized users with assigned accounts. Roles may include
Admin, Line/Executive Producer, Production Manager/Coordinator, Unit/Set Coordinator, Head of Department,
Crew Member, and Staff (e.g., Security, Food PA, Catering). Credentials are non-transferable and must be protected.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the application solely for production purposes and in line with internal policies.
• Do not submit false data, circumvent security, disclose non-public information to unauthorized parties, or upload malicious code.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of their entries (attendance, travel time, meal records, etc.).

5. Documents and Electronic Signing

The application may support electronic signing (e.g., via BankID or a qualified seal).
The user consents to electronic documents and understands that additional identity verification may be required.

6. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Operator maintains access and change logs (audit trail) for security and legal compliance.

7. Security and Availability

The application uses role-based access controls, encrypted transport, and other security measures.
Availability may be limited due to maintenance or operational incidents.

8. Liability

The Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by outages, third-party failures,
or inaccurate user inputs. Users are liable for damages caused by violating these Terms.

9. Changes and Termination

The Operator may amend these Terms; changes will be communicated in-app or by email and take effect on the stated date.
Access may be suspended or terminated upon breach or project closure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by competent Czech courts.
